General Shipping Details

We ship Monday through Friday and orders received before 3 PM Eastern Time will usually ship out the same day.

Orders received after 3 PM or on weekends will ship on the following business day.

Orders shipped UPS can only be delivered to a physical address and cannot be sent to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address (please use USPS options instead).

Free Shipping to US and Canada

If your order is over $54 and being shipped anywere in the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) or Canada, you will receive FREE economy shipping.

This shipping option is applicable for all orders shipped to addresses in the US and Canada. We will ship by USPS Mail with Delivery Confirmation or UPS Ground at our discretion (ground not available to HI, AK, or PR).

Shipping discount will be applied at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 1-5 business days for continental US and 5-7 business days to HI, AK or PR. Free Shipping is not valid outside the US & Canada.

$4.95 Flat-Rate Shipping to US and Canada

This shipping option is for the entire US (continental and HI, AK and PR) or Canada.

If your order is under $54, you will see the $4.95 Flat-Rate shipping option to US and Canada addresses on the checkout page.

Based on a variety of factors (weight, size, destination, speed, etc.) we will determine whether to ship via USPS or UPS.

Local Pickup/Delivery

Please call 800.527.3712 between 9am - 5pm ET M - F to confirm you are eligible for local delivery.

You are welcome to pick up your order at anytime between 9am - 5pm M - F ET at 3922 Caterra Court, Tavares, FL 32778.

Please call to place your order so we can have it ready for you prior to pickup.

General Shipping Notes

Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival.

Please allow 15 business days for packages to be delivered before the Post Office considers it a lost package.

After 15 business days from the ship day, contact our Customer Support at 800.527.3712 to resolve any issues.

Please note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped.

Returning Items/RMA Number

The goal of our "No time limit - No fine print" guarantee is to make our customers happy!

If you have a product to return for a refund or credit (the choice is always up to you), please contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning the item(s).

Products returned without an RMA number may not be processed properly and this would impact our ability to provide your refund/credit in a timely manner or at all.
