Thank You For A Great Product And Of Course For My Favorite M&Ms With Peanuts

I received the RX113 Kit in good condition. I immediately used it to recharge my Samsung 2010 Laser Printer Cartridge. The instructions were clear to the smallest detail including the comical expressions that "we" will do this or that, which was actually comforting, thinking that your staff may be participating with me during the refill. It took less than 10 minutes including removing and re-installing the toner cartridge end-plate. Will even be faster next time. My doctor may be right when he proclaims that I am 80 years old "going on 60".

Easy And Sweet

A lot of people don't understand the legit of toner refill. Large format plotters, like Oce, requires toner refill because there is no cartridges to replace. I know that for fact because as architect we use several Oce plotters in the office. Same with small format printers, except printer manufactures don't design one without cartridge, so they can sell the printer cheap by making money on selling us cartridges. I have ordered RX-048 for my home flatbed copier until the cylinder connector broke. Now I'm using RX-113 for my laser printer and have no problem at all, as usual. Highly recommended.

Proud Owner Of An RX113

There are a zillion "toner refill" sites online, so I figured it was a crap shoot whether you folks would be any good. I was astounded at how good you were. Fast shipping, a great product, and disturbingly good instructions. (You must have a writer on staff.) I've been telling people about you -- telling then not to bother Googling for "toner" because it's a waste of time.
