    I FOUND THE RECHARGE KIT TO BE EXCELLENT, AND IT PERFORMED EXACTLY LIKE THE SAID IT WOULD. BUT, WHAT I FOUND TO BE EVEN MORE IMPRESSIVE WAS THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED. FOR A WHOPPING $30 PURCHASE, I RECEIVED A LEVEL OF ATTENTION TO MY ORDER THAT WAS AMAZING TO SAY THE LEAST. YOU WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT I HAD SPENT $30,000 WITH THEM INSTEAD OF $30. FROM THE SERVICE ON THE PHONE WHEN THE ORDER WAS PLACED, TO THE FOLLOWUP PHONE CALLS I RECEIVED TO BE SURE THAT I WAS HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT WAS JUST "OVER-THE-TOP" AS THEY SAY.FOR THIS REASON ALONE, EVEN IF I WERE TO FIND THE PRODUCT CHEAPER ELSEWHERE, I WILL STILL COME BACK HERE TO ORDER MY TONER BECAUSE THEY LEFT ME WITH THE FEELING THAT THEY WERE VERY HAPPY TO HAVE ME AS A CUSTOMER.
